He builds and maintains a small portfolio of guides to attraction tickets and day tours. There is no agency and no rotating editorial team behind this site: the pages are researched, written and kept up to date by one person — the same one who answers the e-mails.
What this site does
A northern lights tour from Tromsø can mean a large coach, a minibus that drives into Finland, a van with a handful of guests, a boat in the fjord or a dinner at a reindeer camp. We describe what actually separates them: the vehicle and group size, what is included, how far the guides will drive — and what happens on a night when the sky stays empty, because those rules differ more than most visitors expect. Then we show current prices so the choice can be made in one place. We are not a booking agent — every reservation happens on the booking platform.
How we earn money
When you book through one of our links, the platform pays us a commission. Your price stays the same: the commission comes out of the platform’s margin, not your pocket.
